What you'll learn
Learn the basics of grappling in a fun, safe and welcoming environment. You’ll build strength and fitness whilst learning practical self-defence skills in a hands-on way.

Complete beginners and early-stage learners looking for a women-only space.
Format
Start together as a group. 2 classes per week for 4 weeks; 8 classes in total. Classes are 1 hour and start Thursday 6pm and Saturday 10am. Start date is provided in the purchase information.
What to wear
Wear comfortable gym clothes. Please avoid clothing with pockets or zips to prevent minor injuries. No special equipment needed — we’ll handle the rest.
