Course Details
Secure your place below. This is the official checkout for the Women-Only Intro Course. You’ll train twice a week for 4 weeks, learning basic grappling skills for sport and self-defence in a friendly, women-only environment.

Designed for complete beginners, this course focuses on no-gi fundamentals in a friendly, women-only environment. You'll learn key positions, safe movement, and essential techniques—without pressure.
This is separate from our Foundations program. Foundations is open to all genders and offers a rolling start via free trials; the Women-Only Intro Course starts as a cohort of women on the same date.
